We leverage Exchange ActiveSync, Gmail for Mobile, and Notes Traveler to seamlessly sync CRM data to iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone, and Microsoft Surface tablets. Plus, because Riva syncs directly to your email server on the back end, you have access to your CRM data from all email clients (Windows Outlook, Outlook Web App, Gmail, Outlook on Citrix and Terminal Server, Outlook for Mac, Apple Mail, Notes, and others.)

Riva Enterprise syncs more than just the basics. For example, Riva Enterprise can be configured to sync contacts, leads, person accounts, calendar events (appointments, meetings, recurring events, multi-day events), notes, tasks, email, opportunities, cases, quotes, projects, custom fields, custom objects, custom categories, and more. (These features may vary by CRM.)

Riva Enterprise provides more control over how these CRM records are synced. For example, Riva Enterprise can filter which contacts get synced based on ownership, visibility, team membership, or other custom filters.

You can decide whether to do a one-way push on contacts and calendar events or implement full, bi-directional synchronization.

Riva Enterprise can track emails against accounts and contacts automatically or manually. Plus, sales reps can sync emails to opportunities, cases, and custom objects.
