2015: A milestone year for Riva
AMAZING CUSTOMERS: Thanks to our amazing customers and partners around the world, the Riva team has had a phenomenal year in 2015! As the year draws to a close, we would like to share some key milestones and successes with you.
AMAZING GROWTH: We are thrilled to grow with our customers and to help our customers meet their growth and profitability objectives. We have increased our operational and sales teams by 22 people in the past 12 months and will continue to expand to meet your needs. We apply a 1+1=10 philosophy to our hiring process – we aim for the cream of the crop and employ only Rock Stars! We’re always looking for new Rock Stars to join the Riva team. NEW AUSTRALIAN OFFICE: Riva has expanded its local presence in the Asia-Pacific market – making Riva a global company. With the increase in staff and global support, we are now able to assist Riva customers in near follow-the-sun rotation.
DELIVERING CUSTOMER DELIGHT: The most important indicator of our success is being able to delight to our customers, partners, and staff. We use ZenDesk, a leading SaaS ticketing system to manage our client success and support interactions. ZenDesk sends an automated survey when a ticket is marked as completed. We’re please to report that our customer satisfaction has averaged 99% since implementing the customer satisfaction survey in June 2015.
GLOBAL CRM EVENT SPONSORSHIP: Meeting our customers and partners at global CRM industry events is by far the best way to listen and learn from you how Riva satisfies your sync requirements. Equally important however, is to listen to how you would like Riva to evolve to better satisfy your CRM sync and integration requirements. This year we participated in or sponsored 37 different events globally – from New York, to San Francisco, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, and many countries and cities in-between! Whether it is a long-time Riva customer who’s learning more about the full breadth of Riva’s options, or someone who is seeing the magic of Riva for the first time, it’s always a delight to see the surprised looks and hear the great comments on the trade show floor. NEW RIVA PRODUCT OPTIONS AND FEATURES: We continue to improve user adoption and satisfaction by enhancing Riva to meet your requirements. Customers were excited to see Riva Insight, our new social side bar for Outlook, IBM Notes, and Office 365 and Exchange 2013 Web App – and we are thrilled at the reception it continues to receive! We developed a number of new integrations including: G Suite and Gmail, IBM Verse, InsideView for Riva Insight, and third-party attachment document storage. This month, we announced the latest release of Riva On-Premise (2.4.40). You can read all about the new features here.
EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES FOR 2016: Our goal is to continue to delight our customers by empowering you to leverage your existing investments to drive customer and staff delight.
