Riva’s attending the OpenSymbol Customer Journey event in Italy
Riva is excited to be a part of OpenSymbol’s Customer Journey event in Vicenza, Italy this year. OpenSymbol is a Sugar and Salesforce partner based in Italy. They specialize in CRM consulting and implementation. Over the past 13 years, OpenSymbol has assisted customers with over 200 CRM projects. They are also a Riva Authorized Reseller Partner and we have worked closely together on many CRM data integration projects for OpenSymbol customers, including Marazzi & Gabrielli.
This year’s event will be focused on increasing CRM user adoption. Corinna Schmeykal, Riva Sales & Customer Success – EMEA, will host two presentations during the event. The morning session is entitled “Unleash the power of your CRM and increase user adoption by integrating the core silos with Riva”. She will be sharing how Riva is helping companies around the world close the gaps that exist between their CRM and email systems – resulting in increased user adoption, more sales, and better CRM ROI. The session will cover how Riva customers have benefitted from strategically addressing the need for CRM and email data integration early on in their CRM implementation projects. By doing so, companies are able deliver reliable and actionable customer intelligence right to their users’ fingertips – enabling them to deliver more personalized customer experiences and delight their customers.
The afternoon workshop will include a one-hour presentation entitled, “How to solve complex integration challenges and significantly improve sales productivity with Riva”. This session will cover Riva deployment and administration requirements. Learn how Riva connects any combination of cloud, SaaS, and On-Premise CRM and email systems – including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Hosted Exchange, G Suite and Gmail, IBM Notes and Domino, and GroupWise – enabling customer-facing teams to work the way they want – in their preferred email client, via web app, and on any mobile device. Corinna will also share Riva’s flexible configuration and customization capabilities and review best practice stories. Attendees will learn how to drive sales productivity through increased user adoption and improve the customer journey for their clients by surfacing actionable customer intelligence, relationship mapping and analytics, as well cognitive insights.
